1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Begin by washing and slicing the apples into thin wedges. Arrange the apple slices on a large plate or platter.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, warm the almond butter in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds until it is slightly melted and easier to drizzle.
Drizzle the warmed almond butter over the apple slices evenly.
Sprinkle the granola, mini chocolate chips, and shredded coconut over the apple slices and almond butter.
If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top for added sweetness and sprinkle with cinnamon.
