Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the cinnamon mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Place the peaches cut side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
  6. Remove the peaches from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm, optionally topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
