Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fried Smokey Citrus Duck
- Season the duck legs with salt, pepper, and herbs. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Combine orange juice, honey, and soy sauce in a saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), line the basket with parchment paper.
- Cook the duck legs skin-side down for 40 minutes, flip and cook for another 25 minutes.
- During the last 10 minutes, brush the orange glaze over the duck legs.
