  • 1 large Celeriac Also known as celery root.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cream
For the Greens (optional)
  • 2 cups Greens Any leafy veggie like kale or spinach.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fried Smokey Citrus Duck
  1. Season the duck legs with salt, pepper, and herbs. Refrigerate covered for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Combine orange juice, honey, and soy sauce in a saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), line the basket with parchment paper.
  4. Cook the duck legs skin-side down for 40 minutes, flip and cook for another 25 minutes.
  5. During the last 10 minutes, brush the orange glaze over the duck legs.
  6. While the duck fries, boil chopped celeriac in salted water until tender, then mash with butter and cream.
  7. Serve the duck with celeriac mash and greens.
