Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Cauliflower can substitute with more broccoli
  • 1 medium Red Onion white onion can be used
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper can replace with yellow or red peppers
  • 1 medium Red Sweet Pepper omit if not preferred
  • 1 cup Carrots use pre-chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn canned or frozen
Flavor
  • 8 slices Bacon crisped
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Mix

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Chop broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, green and red bell peppers, carrots, and corn into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and dry ranch mix until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over the chopped vegetables and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  4. Crumble bacon into the salad and fold in the shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.
