- In a baking dish, combine the crumbled feta cheese and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Create four small wells in the mixture and crack one egg into each well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still slightly runny.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Serve warm, scooping the mixture onto toast or enjoying it straight from the dish.
