- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut the brioche bread into bite-sized cubes and layer half of these cubes evenly in the baking dish.
- Dollop half of the cream cheese over the bread, followed by half of the sliced strawberries.
- Top with the remaining brioche cubes, followed by the rest of the cream cheese and strawberries.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until fully combined.
- Pour the custard mixture evenly over the layered bread and cover tightly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes before slicing, and serve warm with fresh strawberries and confectioners’ sugar.
