Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water, stir well, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Prepare the white rice according to package directions, typically about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Lay out a flour tortilla, layer rice, seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, nacho cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Toast each wrapped burrito in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Let them cool slightly, slice in half if desired, and serve warm with toppings.
