  • 2 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Can substitute with half-and-half
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated

For the Pasta
  • 8 ounces Fettuccine Use gluten-free if necessary
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Season the chicken by patting it dry and drizzling olive oil. Coat with Cajun seasoning and let it rest.
  2. Cook the chicken in a hot skillet for 5-6 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine according to package directions. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain.
  4. In the skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper, adjusting thickness with reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Combine cooked fettuccine with Alfredo sauce, mixing until well-coated. Cook on low for 1 minute.
  7. Serve pasta topped with sliced blackened chicken and garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
