Step-by-Step Instructions for Caprese Pasta Salad
  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Add Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper, whisk until emulsified and set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions, 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved grape tomatoes, and mozzarella pearls. Toss together gently.
