Grilling Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F for optimal caramelization.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut peaches in half, remove pits, and coat the cut sides with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture generously over the buttered sides of the peaches.
- Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip each peach half and grill the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the grilled peaches and serve warm, optionally with ice cream or yogurt.
