Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
If desired, sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top for added crunch. Drizzle olive oil over the chips to help them crisp up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
For a golden top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
