Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips optional for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
  5. If desired, sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the top for added crunch. Drizzle olive oil over the chips to help them crisp up.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. For a golden top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  8. Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before serving.
