Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the Beef: Toss the diced steak with Cajun seasoning. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Create the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Combine and Toss: Add cooked spaghetti and seared beef to the skillet. Toss for 2-3 minutes, adding reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
