Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets, drizzle olive oil and coat with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon fillets skin-side up for about 3 minutes until golden.
  3. Flip salmon, skin side down, and cook for another 2 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  4. Melt butter in saucepan, add honey, soy sauce, and garlic, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in lemon juice.
  5. Pour sauce over salmon, baste regularly, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  6. Transfer salmon to a plate, garnish with parsley, serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle sesame seeds.
