- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter until bubbly. Stir in 6 cloves of minced garlic and a teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a vigorous boil. Add 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning and 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Carefully add 1.5 pounds of small potatoes to the boiling mixture. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Add 4 halved ears of corn and 1 pound of sliced andouille sausage. Boil together for another 5 minutes.
- Add 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp and 1 pound of snow crab clusters. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp turns bright pink.
- Drain the pot using a large colander. Pour the seafood and vegetables onto a large platter.
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and vegetables and serve immediately.
