Ingredients
  

For the Seafood
  • 2 pounds jumbo shrimp deveined
  • 1 pound snow crab clusters pre-cooked
  • 1 pound andouille sausage sliced
For the Vegetables
  • 1.5 pounds small potatoes baby or red
  • 4 ears corn on the cob halved
For the Extras
  • 4 eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 cup cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning optional
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 6 cloves minced garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of unsalted butter until bubbly. Stir in 6 cloves of minced garlic and a teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a vigorous boil. Add 1/4 cup of Cajun seasoning and 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully add 1.5 pounds of small potatoes to the boiling mixture. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  4. Add 4 halved ears of corn and 1 pound of sliced andouille sausage. Boil together for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp and 1 pound of snow crab clusters. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes until shrimp turns bright pink.
  6. Drain the pot using a large colander. Pour the seafood and vegetables onto a large platter.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and vegetables and serve immediately.
