Preparation Steps

  2. Carefully add halved potatoes to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes until slightly tender but still firm.
  3. Slice the andouille sausage and add it to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add fresh corn on the cob and whole hard-boiled eggs. Boil together for another 10 minutes.
  5. Gently introduce shrimp and snow crab clusters. Cook until shrimp turn pink and curl up, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Drain the mixture and transfer the ingredients onto a large serving platter. Drizzle with garlic butter sauce before serving.
