- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning blend over chicken and massage in.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place seasoned chicken on it, and bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
- Brush BBQ sauce over the chicken, flip and coat the other side. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Switch to broil mode and broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes until golden-brown.
