Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle seasoning blend over chicken and massage in.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place seasoned chicken on it, and bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
  4. Brush BBQ sauce over the chicken, flip and coat the other side. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Switch to broil mode and broil the chicken for 3-5 minutes until golden-brown.
  6. Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer (should be at least 165°F/74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
