Preparation Steps

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together pure maple syrup until fully combined. Pour into the dry mixture.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  6. Scoop generous amounts of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
  7. Bake for 8-11 minutes until edges are set and centers look underbaked.
  8. Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
