  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix brands like Hidden Valley
  • 3 cups Pasta Rotini, Penne, or Fusilli
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups Chicken Broth can substitute with vegetable broth

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook 1 to 1½ lbs of ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 6-8 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning and 1½ cups of chicken broth, simmer for about 3 minutes.
  5. Mix in cooked pasta and any optional vegetables. Stir until well coated.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish, fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and top with 1 cup of cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it rest for 3-4 minutes before serving.
