  3. Reduce heat to low, stir in softened cream cheese and Alfredo sauce with beef until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Add reserved pasta water if necessary.
  4. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat for about 2 minutes. Add more reserved pasta water for silkiness if needed.
