  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes Fresh parsley for vibrant flavor.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
For the Cheesy Blend
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 0.5 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese Grated, can substitute with favorite cheese blend.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Optional.
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional, adjust to taste.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for about 30 to 45 seconds until fully melted.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley flakes, fine sea salt, and black pepper into the melted butter.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan and sharp cheddar cheese to the seasoned butter mixture, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the Ritz Bits crackers in a large mixing bowl and toss gently.
  6. Spread the coated Ritz Bits in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
