Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice 100% juice, no added sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice optional, adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes optional, for iced version
  • Fresh cherries and whipped cream for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Brew your favorite coffee and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in the cherry juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). Mix well until combined.
  3. If you prefer an iced latte, fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee over the ice, then add the cherry vanilla mixture on top.
  4. For a hot latte, simply pour the cherry vanilla mixture into the brewed coffee and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh cherries and a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately.
