Method
- Brew your favorite coffee and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in the cherry juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using). Mix well until combined.
- If you prefer an iced latte, fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the brewed coffee over the ice, then add the cherry vanilla mixture on top.
- For a hot latte, simply pour the cherry vanilla mixture into the brewed coffee and stir gently to combine.
