- Open a can of jellied cranberry sauce and carefully remove it from the can. Slice the sauce into ½-inch thick discs and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet with the cranberry sauce discs in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips with coconut oil. Heat in the microwave until fully melted, stirring often.
- Remove frozen cranberry discs from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate using a fork.
- Once all discs are coated in chocolate, return to the freezer for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
