- Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
Make Rub

- Massage the spice mixture into the ribs and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Cook Ribs (Phase 1)
- Preheat your smoker or oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Place the seasoned ribs bone side down and cook for approximately 3 hours.
Wrap Ribs (Phase 2)
- Transfer the ribs onto heavy-duty aluminum foil and splash with apple cider vinegar.
- Wrap the foil tightly to create a sealed packet and cook for an additional 2-3 hours.
Make Glaze
- Whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke in a bowl.
Glaze and Finish
- Remove ribs from foil, brush with glaze, and cook for 5-10 minutes until bubbling.
Rest and Serve
- Let the ribs rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
