Step-by-Step Instructions for Beef Curry
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add chopped onion to the hot oil and sauté for 5-7 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix in curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add beef chuck, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
