  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Can substitute with garlic powder (1/4 tsp per clove)
To Finish
  • 1/4 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese Can substitute with pecorino or nutritional yeast

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add uncooked pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Onion: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft and translucent.
  3. Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook for about 8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  4. Add Flavors: Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, mustard, and seasoning. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the Cream: Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and stir. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Final Seasoning and Combine: Season with salt and pepper. Fold drained pasta into the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Serve generous portions and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
