Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Turkey Wings by rinsing the turkey wings under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel. Coat the wings with olive oil and rub them generously with the seasoning blend. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight.
  2. Sear the Turkey Wings in a preheated skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables by removing the wings, adding onions and bell peppers to the skillet for 5-6 minutes, then adding minced garlic for an additional minute.
  4. Create the Roux by sprinkling flour over the vegetables in the skillet. Cook for about 2 minutes, then gradually whisk in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, allowing it to thicken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Assemble for Baking by preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, arrange seared turkey wings and pour the gravy with vegetables over them.
  6. Bake the Turkey Wings covered with aluminum foil for 2 to 2.5 hours until fork-tender.
  7. Final Touches: Remove foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes before garnishing with parsley.
