- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook diced bacon and sausage until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer the meat to paper towels to drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until frothy.
- Fold in the crispy meat mixture, hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, removing foil in the last 8-10 minutes for a golden-brown top.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes to set before slicing and serving.
