Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook diced bacon and sausage until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer the meat to paper towels to drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  3. Fold in the crispy meat mixture, hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, removing foil in the last 8-10 minutes for a golden-brown top.
  5. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes to set before slicing and serving.
