Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the puff pastry and smooth out any creases.
  3. Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a border.
  4. Sprinkle cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries over the cream cheese, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the filling.
  6. Carefully roll the pastry tightly from one long edge into a log.
  7. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Prepare an egg wash by beating an egg with a splash of water and brush the top of each pinwheel.
  9. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or at room temperature.
