Step-by-Step Instructions for Cranberry Fluff
  1. Begin by placing 2 cups of fresh or thawed frozen cranberries in a food processor. Pulse the cranberries until finely chopped, but do not turn them into a purée.
  2. Transfer the chopped cranberries into a large mixing bowl, and add 2 cups of miniature marshmallows and ¾ cup of sugar. Stir the mixture gently until all ingredients are well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Just before you’re ready to serve, gather your diced tart apples and halved green grapes. Aim for about 1 cup of each. Mix these fresh fruits into the cranberry mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and whip it until it reaches soft peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cranberry and fruit mixture.
  5. Taste your Cranberry Fluff and sprinkle in a pinch of salt to enhance flavors. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or glass dish.
