  • 1 11-ounce can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup orange jello powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until soft peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine the whipped topping, mandarin oranges, orange jello powder, mini marshmallows, and cottage cheese.
