Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Steam the chopped broccoli for about 5 minutes until bright green and tender, then drain and chop.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, melted butter, beaten eggs, onion, salt, and pepper, stirring until well-blended.
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
