Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing a skillet or griddle over medium heat, allowing it to warm for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter to the pan and watch for it to melt and foam gently.
  2. Once the butter has melted, spread it evenly across the bottom of the pan. Place your slice of bread in the pan and generously spread spinach pesto on top.
  3. Break the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and distribute it evenly over the pesto-smeared bread.
  4. Top with another slice of bread and cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom bread turns golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwich carefully using a spatula and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the second side is golden and the cheese is melting.
  6. Remove from the pan, let it rest for a minute, then slice in half and serve it warm.
