Step-by-Step Instructions for Ultimate CrockPot Chicken Spaghetti
  1. Begin by dicing the half onion and mincing the garlic. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
  2. In the slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is fork-tender, carefully remove it and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Return to the pot and mix gently.
  5. Add the diced cream cheese and stir until it begins to melt. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and let it cook on low for an additional 20 to 30 minutes.

  7. Add the drained spaghetti to the slow cooker, stirring gently to coat each strand in the creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
