  • 1 cup Ice Cubes For a chilled smoothie; frozen peaches can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional for extra flavor.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing your ripe peaches thoroughly under cool running water. Next, carefully pit and slice the peaches, removing the skin if you prefer a smoother texture.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the sliced peaches along with 1 cup of vanilla yogurt and ½ cup of milk. Toss in a handful of ice cubes.
  3. If you like a touch of extra sweetness, drizzle in a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup at this stage. You can also add a splash of vanilla extract.
  4. Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  5. Once blended, check the thickness of your smoothie. If it seems too thick, gradually pour in more milk, blending after each addition.
  6. Take a moment to taste your smoothie. If you desire a bit more sweetness, add a slice or two of peaches or more honey or syrup.
  7. Pour your smoothie into chilled glasses for an inviting presentation. You can optionally garnish with a slice of peach or a dollop of yogurt.
