Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
- In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, milk, honey (if desired), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy for about 30 to 45 seconds.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and place them upright and flat in the freezer.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out by the sticks.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
