Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
  1. In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, Greek yogurt, light cream cheese, milk, honey (if desired), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy for about 30 to 45 seconds.
  2. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and place them upright and flat in the freezer.
  4. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.
  5. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out by the sticks.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
