Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy White Chicken Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine cooked chicken, thawed spinach, ricotta cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and nutmeg.
- In a baking dish, spread 1/3 of the white sauce, layer 3 noodles, half of the chicken mixture, and another 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat layers.
- Pour remaining white sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
