Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy White Chicken Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine cooked chicken, thawed spinach, ricotta cheese, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and nutmeg.
  3. In a baking dish, spread 1/3 of the white sauce, layer 3 noodles, half of the chicken mixture, and another 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat layers.
  4. Pour remaining white sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
