  • 1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs Enhances the flavor profile.

Equipment

  • non-stick frying pan

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pizza Eggs
  1. In a medium non-stick frying pan, sprinkle half of the grated reduced-fat cheese over medium heat. Allow it to melt for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes golden and bubbly.
  2. While the cheese is melting, crack 4 large eggs into a bowl and whisk them vigorously until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the whisked eggs over your melted cheese in the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Once the bottom is set, carefully slide a spatula under the egg-cheese base to flip it. Cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
  5. After flipping, spread a generous layer of passata over the cooked side. Top with salami slices and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. When the cheese has fully melted, carefully slide your Pizza Eggs onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with mixed herbs and serve hot.
