Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly under cold water and peel the skin. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat to 380°F (193°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, seasoning blend, salt, and pepper. Add sweet potato cubes and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until well coated.
  4. Place the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes, shake the basket, and then cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until fork-tender and golden brown.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and serve alongside your favorite protein or veggie platter.
