  3. Form small patties from the mixture, about 9-10 fritters total and compact enough to hold shape.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 2-5 minutes.
  5. Arrange patties in air fryer basket, lightly spray with olive oil, and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip fritters after 10 minutes, spray with more olive oil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
