  • 2 large Eggs can use vegan egg replacer
For the Coating
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour can substitute with gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh minced garlic can also be used
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika enhances flavor
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground preferred
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs panko breadcrumbs recommended
For the Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo Sauce can use any hot sauce or honey BBQ
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted or substitute with olive oil for dairy-free
Optional Serving
  • 2 stalks Celery Sticks for serving
  • 0.5 cup Blue Cheese Dressing for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the dry coating ingredients and whisk until mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well-mixed.
  4. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl, ready for coating.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  6. Dip the floured chicken into the egg wash, allowing extra to drip off.
  7. Coat each egg-coated tender in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to stick.
  8. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a small bowl, then brush on tenders.
  9. Arrange tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
