- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried basil. Mix thoroughly.
- Coat the chicken thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes until crispy.
- Slice French rolls and place mozzarella on each half. Lower oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake rolls for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom half of each roll, top with chicken, and place the top half of the roll on.
