Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread generously.
  3. Lay the unbuttered side of one slice down on a cutting board, layer with dill havarti cheese and dill pickles, then top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
  4. Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwich and grill the second side for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove the sandwich from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, then slice in half and serve.
