- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel 2 medium-sized white onions and slice them into ¼-inch thick rings.
- On the prepared baking sheet, scoop out 1 tablespoon of shredded parmesan cheese for each onion ring, spreading and pressing it into flat circles.
- Place one onion slice on each cheese circle and add another tablespoon of shredded parmesan on top, pressing down gently.
- Sprinkle the tops with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
