Beef and Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat or chuck roast or sirloin tips
  • 1.5 pounds Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes cubed
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
Aromatics
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Chopped
Sauce
  • 1 stick Butter unsalted

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients. Rinse and chop the baby Yukon Gold potatoes into even chunks.
  2. Place the beef stew meat on one side of the crockpot and the prepared potatoes on the other side.
Seasoning
  1. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over both beef and potatoes. Toss the beef to coat with seasoning.
Add Garlic
  1. Sprinkle the chopped garlic over both beef and potatoes.
Distribute Butter
  1. Slice the butter into pads and place them atop the beef and potatoes.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
