  3. Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest until combined.
  4. Add the Shrimp: Stir in raw shrimp and drizzle garlic butter over them, mixing gently.
  5. Finish Cooking: Cover and cook on Low for an additional 15-20 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and pink.
