Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using zucchini or carrots, pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine freshly shredded Parmesan cheese with prepared zucchini and/or carrots.
- Drop about 2 teaspoons of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Gently flatten each spoonful to create a disc shape.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, monitoring closely until edges turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a paper towel.
- Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container.
