  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic freshly minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel the English cucumber, then thinly slice it. Pat the slices dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Add minced garlic and Parmesan cheese to the dressing, stirring well to combine.
  4. Season the dressing with black pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Combine cucumber slices with the dressing, gently tossing to coat.
  6. Fold in the croutons just before serving.
  7. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
