- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Break the croissants into bite-sized pieces and evenly distribute them across the bottom of your greased baking dish. Scatter the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the top.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy, then add in the granulated sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
- Pour the batter evenly over the layered croissants and berries in your baking dish.
- Cover with plastic wrap or foil and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, or up to 14 hours.
- Remove the cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm, optionally with powdered sugar or syrup.
