  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest From fresh lime
  • 2-3 tablespoons Lime Juice From fresh lime
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Or maple syrup for vegan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse all the fresh berries under cold water and pat them dry. Ensure strawberries are diced into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rinsed berries, placing diced strawberries at the bottom.
  3. Zest one lime and sprinkle the zest over the berries. Squeeze 2-3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice over the mixture.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat honey or maple syrup for 5-10 seconds until runny.
  5. Pour the warm dressing over the berry mixture and gently toss to coat the berries.
  6. Add finely chopped mint, and give one last gentle toss.
  7. Serve immediately or store without dressing until ready to enjoy.
