  • 1 cup Crushed Butter Crackers Can use breadcrumbs or crushed tortilla chips as alternatives.
  • 0.25 cup Boucan Pepper Glaze Substitute with red pepper jelly if unavailable.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Blend until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe serving dish. Sprinkle crushed butter crackers on top.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until edges bubble and top is lightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with crumbled bacon and drizzle with Boucan glaze.
