Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate.
  4. Whisk together the remaining olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, mustard, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Season to taste.
  5. Combine cooled pasta, chopped chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, feta, red onion, and dill in a large bowl. Toss gently.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
